The name is Parisa and welcome to my blog!
I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, (Go Raiders!) but I moved to Massachusetts 3 years ago.
I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease March 2010. I also have a lactose intolerance as well as IBS. It has been crazy adapting to this new lifestyle! I will be posting recipes I have found or made-up that are Gluten Free!
